Nub Nuance Single Roast 460 4″ x 60

Nub started from a simple idea: most cigars hit their sweet spot an inch or two in, so start there. Nuance is the gentler side of the brand, and the roast names mark how dark each blend runs. These were the Nub Cafe blends before the rename, Single Roast as Cappuccino, Double Roast as Macchiato and Triple Roast as Espresso.

A golden Connecticut Shade wrapper covers Nicaraguan binder and filler at a mild body, with a sweetened cap. Expect vanilla, cream and cedar, with light coffee underneath and nothing sharp anywhere.

The 460 is the thickest of the three sizes. A 60 ring on a four inch cigar keeps the smoke cool and the burn slow, and it is the one to reach for when you want the Nub format without rushing.

Pairs well with coffee, espresso, or cream ale.
