JFR

JFR stands for Just For Retailers, the name a clue to how it began: a 2005 shop exclusive sold only through brick-and-mortar tobacconists. Demand pulled it into wider release, and today it is one of the better-known value cigars around, made by Aganorsa Leaf, the Nicaraguan grower once called Casa Fernandez. What makes JFR worth the low price is the tobacco. Aganorsa farms some of the most respected Cuban-seed leaf in Nicaragua, the same tobacco other brands pay a premium to use, and JFR is rolled with it at the TABSA factory in Estelí. The line is best known for its Lunatic series and the enormous ring gauges that run all the way up to 80. JFR cigars deliver real Nicaraguan flavor without the markup.
