Description

The CAO Flavours Cherrybomb Tubos is a Connecticut-wrapped cigarillo from CAO, handmade in Nicaragua. CAO was founded by Cano A. Ozgener, an engineer who first made meerschaum pipes before moving into cigars.

It blends a Connecticut wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and filler at a mild body, leading with cream, cedar, blanched almond, and a gentle white-pepper snap. At 4 3/4 by 30, the slim format pushes the wrapper forward and burns a touch faster.

Small formats are the honest test of a blend, since there is no long burn to grow into. What it tastes like in the first inch is what you get.

Pairs well with coffee, espresso, or cream ale.
