The Smoke Can is an ammo box humidor, a sealed steel case in thirty calibre size finished in military green. It stores cigars on the principle that a good seal beats good joinery.

Steel walls and a rubber gasket make it close to indestructible. It will not warp, split at the corners after a few dry winters, or mind being knocked about in a truck, a garage or a workshop, which is where a veneered wooden box fails first.

Because the gasket does the sealing, there is no cedar to season and no waiting period. Air it out for a day so the factory smell clears, drop in a two way humidity pack, and load it. Cedar sheets in the bottom will add the aroma if you want it.
