Vertigo Big Boy Cigar Cutter 64 Ring Gauge

The Vertigo Big Boy, a guillotine cutter opened out to take a sixty four ring gauge.

That number is the whole point. A great many double blade cutters top out somewhere around fifty four, which leaves you trying to force a sixty through a hole that will not take it, and a pinched head is what splits a wrapper before the first inch.

Double blades close from both sides at once, supporting the cigar as they meet rather than pushing it across a single edge. One firm, fast motion is all it asks.

Cheap enough to keep more than one, which is sensible given that a cutter is the tool that goes missing most.
