Description

The Tabernacle Havana Seed CT No.142 Corona is a Connecticut-wrapped corona from Foundation Cigar Co., handmade in Nicaragua. The Havana Seed CT No. 142 is a separate Tabernacle blend. The Tabernacle comes from Foundation’s Nicholas Melillo, who spent more than a decade sourcing tobacco for Drew Estate before founding his own company.

It blends a Connecticut Havana Seed wrapper over a Mexican San Andres binder with Nicaraguan and Honduran filler at a medium to full body, leading with cream, cedar, blanched almond, and a gentle white-pepper snap. At 5 1/4 by 46, it burns cool and even.

Shade grown leaf is kept under cover so it never toughens in full sun. Thin, pale and mild is the whole point, and it is why a Connecticut wrapper reads as cream and cedar rather than pepper.

Pairs well with coffee, bourbon, or amber ale.
