God of Fire KKP Never Back Down Diadema 60 5 1/2″ x 60

The Diadema 60 is the shortest and thickest of the three Diademas Prometheus added to God of Fire KKP Never Back Down ahead of its 35th anniversary in 2027. Never Back Down began as the brand’s 20th anniversary line, with the Gran Toro 56 and Piramide 58 in 2024 and the Toro Extra 54 in 2025. The Diademas follow in 2026, each shipping on its own, and all three come together in a limited edition presentation set for the holidays.

The wrapper is the top priming of Fuente’s rare Very Special Wrapper, grown at Chateau de la Fuente, over Dominican binder and filler. Top priming leaves grow highest on the plant, which is what separates Never Back Down from the KKP Special Reserve, rolled from the lower priming of the same leaf. Medium to full in body, with espresso, dark cocoa, black pepper, toasted wood and leather. Prometheus calls the Diadema one of the most demanding shapes a roller can make, and at 5 1/2 inches by a 60 ring this is the broadest of the three, a big, short smoke of about an hour and a quarter.

The ten count is not a box. It comes in a limited edition travel humidor made by Prometheus, so it keeps working long after the cigars are gone.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or porter.
