Description

Byron is the luxury line of Nelson Alfonso’s Selected Tobacco, made in Costa Rica and named after the poet Lord Byron, with vitola families named for the centuries; the Epique Poemes is a 19th-century-format Churchill.

It sets an Ecuadorian wrapper over Peruvian and Nicaraguan tobacco, at a medium to full body. Expect cedar, espresso, dried fruit, and a refined, layered spice. At 7 by 54, the churchill burns slow and elegant.

Rare and expensive, a cigar for an unhurried, special evening. An ultra-premium churchill from Selected Tobacco.
