From Deadwood Tobacco, blended by Drew Estate, the Deadwood Sweet Jane Dia de los Muertos Toro Box-Pressed 2026 is a box-pressed toro wrapped in Mexican San Andrés leaf and handmade in Nicaragua. It is a limited release made for the Day of the Dead, dressed in a bright orange band. Deadwood Tobacco began as a Black Hills cigar shop and is known for dark, sweet smokes.

It pairs a Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper with an undisclosed binder and filler at a full body, leading with cedar, coffee, sweet baking spice, and a soft, earthy sweetness. At 6 by 50, the box press gives it crisp edges and a slow, even burn.

The Valle de San Andrés in Mexico has been growing this leaf since the Spanish colonial period, and its long fermentation is what puts the cocoa note in almost every cigar wrapped in it.

Pairs well with coffee, espresso, or cream ale.
