Shipping Policy
Cigar Grail packs every order carefully to help ensure it arrives fresh and intact. We ship fast and include tracking with every order. If something goes wrong, we are here to help.
On orders that contain tobacco products, an adult signature is always required at delivery, and the carrier will check a government-issued photo ID. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
01 Free Shipping Over $99
All orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please note that some orders may be subject to delays for technical reasons.
Free shipping orders are sent via the most cost-effective method available. Depending on the product weight and destination, this may be U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground. The free shipping offer is valid for continental U.S. addresses only.
02 Where We Deliver
We ship orders to 48 states in the United States, its territories, and to APO and FPO military addresses.
We do not ship to Utah, South Dakota, or Hawaii.
03 Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 days.
04 Tracking
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive the tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
05 Shipping Insurance
You have the option to purchase insurance for just a few dollars to cover any damage or loss to the package in transit. On the payment page, right under shipping, click YES on the insurance tab, or decline if you would like to waive the coverage. We are not responsible for packages shipped without coverage.

The method used depends on package weight and destination. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed.
USPS Ground Advantage 2 to 5 days
- Delivered in 2 to 5 business days.
- USPS Tracking is included in the price.
UPS Ground 1 to 5 days
- 1 to 5 business days to most U.S. destinations.
- Prompt, dependable, cost-effective shipping.
- Premium tracking with guaranteed delivery.
- East Coast orders often arrive sooner than the maximum estimate.
USPS Priority Mail 2 to 4 days
- Fast 2 to 4 day service to most locations.
- Saturday delivery.
- Delivery confirmation number provided.
- East Coast orders often arrive sooner than the maximum estimate.
UPS 2nd Day Air 2 days
- 2 business day service (not guaranteed).
- Premium tracking service.
- Cannot be used for APO, FPO, or PO boxes.
- No Saturday deliveries.
UPS Next Day Air Next day
- Guaranteed next business day by 4:30 p.m. for commercial destinations.
- Next business day by end of day for residential destinations.
- Tracking service provided.
Express Mail 2 days
- Guaranteed 2 day delivery within the contiguous U.S. (excludes HI and AK).
- Delivers to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes.
- Sundays and holidays are not included in the 2 day window.
- Tracking information provided.
07 How We Pack Your Cigars
We pack cigars to minimize movement and protect them from crushing during transit. Orders are secured in protective packaging and boxed to reduce shifting. We also aim to reduce exposure to temperature extremes during transit when possible, but carrier transit conditions and weather are outside our control, so consider choosing a faster shipping option during extreme heat or cold.
08 Shipping FAQ
How do I find out the status of my order?
If you created an account at checkout, log in and go to My Account > Orders to see the current status. If you checked out as a guest, use your order confirmation email as your reference. If you cannot locate the email, contact us with your name, order number (if available), and the email used at checkout so we can look it up.
How do I track the progress of my order?
Tracking becomes available once your order ships. When a label is created and the package is handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link. If tracking has not updated yet, it can take a short time for the carrier to scan and post the first movement.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can help quickly. Please include:
- Your order number and the email used at checkout
- Clear photos of the outer box, inner packing, and the damaged item(s)
- A brief note on what is damaged (crushed, cracked, broken seal, missing items)
Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved, since carriers may require them for a claim review. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for next steps.
