From the Plasencia family, the Plasencia Cosecha 149 Azuacualpa Toro is a Honduras-wrapped toro, handmade in Honduras. The Plasencia family has grown tobacco for generations.

It blends a Honduras wrapper over a Honduran binder and filler at a medium to full body, leading with cedar, coffee, black pepper, and a sweet, earthy core. At 6 by 52, it burns cool and even.

Honduran tobacco, most of it out of the Jamastran valley, sits between Nicaraguan power and Dominican smoothness, usually drier and more cedar-forward than either.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or porter.
