Description

The Twisted Love Story is a barber-pole perfecto that braids two Ecuadorian wrappers around the Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real blend. The Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real Twisted Love Story winds an Ecuadorian Connecticut shade and an Ecuadorian Habano leaf together over the Reserva Real core, at a medium body.

The flavor usually stays smooth, with cedar, cream, and a light sweet spice, the two leaves adding a touch of contrast. At 4 1/4 by 46, the small perfecto is a short, novel smoke.

The medium body and small size suit a quick, easygoing break. It is sold as singles or boxes of 25, so a single is an easy first try. A barber-pole novelty in a short perfecto.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or porter.
