From the Plasencia family, the Plasencia Reserva Original Toro is a Nicaraguan-wrapped toro, handmade in Nicaragua. The Plasencia family has grown tobacco for generations.

It blends a Nicaraguan wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and filler at a mild to medium body, leading with cocoa, cedar, roasted coffee, and black pepper over a sweet, earthy base. At 6 by 50, it burns cool and even.

Volcanic ground is what gives Nicaraguan tobacco its weight. It is the reason a country that only started making premium cigars in earnest in the 1960s now sets the pace.

Pairs well with coffee, cream ale, or bourbon.
