The Ashton Aged Maduro No. 10 is made by the Fuente family in the Dominican Republic, with a Connecticut broadleaf maduro wrapper over Dominican binder and filler, at a medium body.

The flavor usually leans toward semi-sweet chocolate, leather, and cedar, richer than the natural Ashton lines. At 5 by 50, the robusto gives an even, medium burn.

The medium body suits later in the day or after a meal. It is sold as singles or boxes of 25, so one is an easy first taste. A dark, smooth Dominican maduro.
