M81 is the original, fuller Blackened blend from the Drew Estate and Metallica collaboration. The Blackened M81 Toro is made in Nicaragua with a dark Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a Connecticut broadleaf binder and Nicaraguan filler, at a full body.

The flavor usually runs to dark chocolate, toasty wood, and black pepper, fuller than the S84. At 6 by 52, the toro gives a long, steady burn.

The full body leans later in the day or after a meal. It is sold as singles or boxes of 20, so one is a sensible first try. A dark, full Drew Estate maduro.
