Liga Privada Unico Serie Tres Serpientes Culebra 6 1/2″ x 43

The Liga Privada Unico Serie Tres Serpientes is the first culebra in Liga Privada’s history. A culebra, Spanish for snake, is three cigars rolled separately and then twisted around each other while the tobacco is still supple, so they dry into a braid. Here that is three 6 1/2 x 43 cigars, held by a Tres Serpientes band and a blue ribbon, and each culebra comes in its own slide top box.

All three are the H99 blend: the Connecticut Corojo wrapper, the Mexican San Andres binder, and Nicaraguan, Honduran and Pennsylvania filler. That gives the H99 profile of cocoa and espresso with cedar and baking spice, medium to full in body, in a slimmer 43 ring that leans a little more on the wrapper.

You don’t smoke a culebra as one cigar. Untie the ribbon, gently unwind them, and smoke each on its own, or share them with two friends. The twist leaves each cigar with a slight curve, which is part of the look.

Drew Estate made Tres Serpientes for its in store events in fall 2026, sold only in boxes of three culebras, nine cigars in all. Pairs well with coffee, bourbon or a porter.
