The Double Gordo is the thick 60-ring size in Quorum’s mild Shade blend. Made by J.C. Newman in Nicaragua, the Quorum Shade Double Gordo sets an Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper over Nicaraguan filler, at a mild to medium body.

The flavor usually stays smooth and creamy, with cedar and a light, toasty sweetness, kept cool by the wide ring. At 6 by 60, the gordo gives a long, easy burn.

The mild body and big format suit an unhurried daytime smoke. It is sold in bundles of 20, an affordable everyday supply. A big-ring, creamy Connecticut shade.
