The Mini Cigarillos line dates to 1971 and has remained one of Davidoff’s longest-running short-format ranges. The Gold pairs a Sumatra wrapper with a Java binder over a long-leaf filler of Brazilian and Indonesian tobacco, with the leaves dry-cured over several years and finished through a two-cycle fermentation before rolling. Production runs in Europe in tinned packaging. The Gold measures 3 1/2 by 20 and ships in tins of 20, sitting at the medium end of the body scale.

Expect cedar, roasted coffee, and a touch of dark cocoa at the start, with toasted nut, light leather, and a mild spice through the middle before a finish carrying soft sweetness and dry wood. The narrow 20 ring gauge keeps the smoke concentrated and the wrapper forward, with each cigarillo running around 15 minutes.
