The Egg
The Egg is a double tapered oddity from Drew Estate, first made under its Natural Aqua Systems line. Most people light the foot, while others punch a hole in the center and light both ends. The golden Connecticut version is mild to medium, starting smooth and creamy before waves of pepper and oak arrive in the thick center, and the Maduro is medium in body, with deep cocoa and espresso balanced by a rich sweetness.
