Perla del Mar Maduro Robusto 4 3/4″ x 52

In a short robusto, the Perla del Mar Maduro packs its darker blend into a quick smoke. Made by J.C. Newman in Nicaragua, the Perla del Mar Maduro Robusto sets a Connecticut broadleaf maduro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler, box-pressed at a medium body.

The flavor usually leans toward dark chocolate, coffee, and a soft earthy sweetness. At 4 3/4 by 52, the robusto smokes short and even.

The medium body suits later in the day. It comes as singles or boxes of 25, so a single is an easy start. A compact, dark maduro for after a meal.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or porter.
