Handmade in Honduras, the Plasencia Cosecha 149 Santa Fe Gordito is a Honduras-wrapped gordo from the Plasencia family. The Plasencia family has grown tobacco for generations.

It blends a Honduras wrapper over a Honduran binder and filler at a medium to full body, leading with cedar, coffee, black pepper, and a sweet, earthy core. At 4 3/4 by 60, the wide ring gives the smoke room to cool before it reaches you, so it smokes rounder than a slimmer size of the same blend.

Above a 60 ring the smoke has room to cool before it reaches you, which is why these smoke smoother than a thinner cigar of the same blend.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or porter.
