A Dominican sun-grown Chateau de la Fuente wrapper over aged Dominican tobacco: cedar, black pepper, dark chocolate and a long, sweet finish. Full-bodied, with the pyramid tip sharpening the spice as it burns.

Description

The Lost City blend traces to Andy Garcia’s 2005 film. The production needed a Cuban tobacco farm on screen, Carlos Fuente Jr. supplied the plants, and the tobacco set aside from that shoot became its own Opus X release.

A Dominican Sun Grown wrapper covers a Dominican puro, full in body. Expect cedar, sweet spice, coffee and dark fruit. At 6 3/8 by 52, the tapered head narrows the smoke and sharpens the blend.

The tapered head is not just for looks. It narrows the smoke as it leaves the cigar, which concentrates the flavour, and it lets you decide how open the draw is by how far down you cut.

Pairs well with cognac, espresso, or port.
