Arturo Fuente

God of Fire Serie B Double Robusto Tubo 5 3/4″ x 52

The God of Fire Serie B Double Robusto is the tubo version, a 5 3/4 x 52 sealed in an aluminum tube. Serie B is the more affordable side of God of Fire, the Fuente-made line built so the name is not locked behind its priciest boxes. A Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper over aged Dominican tobacco: cedar, cocoa, espresso and roasted nuts. Medium-full and richer than the price suggests.

Description

Serie B is the approachable end of God of Fire, the Fuente-made line Prometheus built so the name did not stay locked behind its most expensive boxes.

A Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper covers aged Dominican binder and filler, medium to full. Expect cedar, cocoa, espresso and roasted nuts, richer than the price would suggest. At 5 3/4 by 52, the double robusto runs a little longer, and the tube keeps the wrapper safe and the humidity in when it travels.

Named for Prometheus, the Titan who brought fire down to people. Fitting for a company that made its name on lighters before it made cigars.

Pairs well with cognac, espresso, or bourbon.
