Description

Espada means sword in Spanish, and the Signature release is the limited edition side of Montecristo’s Espada line, rolled at Plasencia in Esteli.

A Nicaraguan wrapper covers a Nicaraguan puro, medium in body. Expect cream, cedar, sweet spice and a gentle pepper finish. At 6 by 55 it burns slow and even and gives the blend a proper middle.

Colorado claro sits at the lighter end of the wrapper colour scale, between the pale claro and the reddish colorado. On Jalapa leaf it reads as sweet rather than strong.

Pairs well with coffee, bourbon, or amber ale.
