Flor de las Antillas
Flor de las Antillas is one of the García family’s crowning achievements, a My Father line that arrived in 2012 and promptly won Cigar Aficionado’s number one Cigar of the Year, with the Toro earning a 96. The name means “Flower of the Antilles,” a tribute to Cuba, where the family’s cigar story began.
Made at My Father Cigars in Estelí, Nicaragua, the original is a Nicaraguan puro: a sun-grown Nicaraguan wrapper over the family’s signature double binder and Nicaraguan filler, finished in a soft box press. It’s medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, with cedar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and gentle pepper, smoother than the bolder My Father blends. With its vintage-styled band and its pedigree, Flor de las Antillas cigars remain a benchmark for value and quality.
