Casa Cuba was the last blend Carlos Fuente Sr. created, a look back at the Cuban-style cigars he rolled before the embargo. The Arturo Fuente Casa Cuba Doble Cinco wraps Cuban-seed Dominican binder and filler in an Ecuadorian Habano leaf, a round, medium-bodied smoke.

The flavor usually leans toward cedar, cream, light coffee, and a soft leathery sweetness in the old Cuban style. At 5 by 50, the round robusto keeps an even, medium burn.

The medium body suits any time of day rather than only the evening. It is available as singles or by the box, so a single is an easy first taste. A heritage Fuente blend in a classic size.
