Description

The Lost City blend traces back to the Andy Garcia film of the same name, part of which was shot on the Fuente farm in the Dominican Republic. Tobacco set aside during that stretch became its own Opus X release.

A Dominican sun grown wrapper covers aged Dominican binder and filler, full in body. Expect pepper, cedar, dark chocolate and a long sweet finish. At 6 3/8 by 52, the pyramid narrows the smoke and sharpens the spice as it goes.

Lost City runs are small and irregular. It is one of the harder Opus X releases to put your hands on, and it does not sit on a shelf when it lands.

Pairs well with cognac, espresso, or port.
