La Flor Dominicana Ligero Cabinet Oscuro L-500 5 3/4″ x 60

La Flor Dominicana’s Ligero Cabinet Oscuro is Litto Gómez’s full-flavored ligero line, and the L-500 is its thick 60-ring size. The La Flor Dominicana Ligero Cabinet Oscuro L-500 sets an Ecuadorian Sumatra oscuro wrapper over Dominican binder and filler, at a full body.

The flavor usually leans toward earth, coffee, cedar, and a peppery depth from the ligero leaf. At 5 3/4 by 60, the gordo gives a long, slow burn.

The full body suits later in the day. It is sold as singles or boxes of 24, so one is an easy first taste. A full-flavored Dominican gordo.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or stout.
