Description

The Aganorsa Leaf Supreme Leaf Rothschild is a box-pressed 4 1/2 x 50 Nicaraguan puro from Aganorsa Leaf, the grower and maker that farms its own Cuban-seed tobacco in Nicaragua. The wrapper is Aganorsa Corojo 99, over Aganorsa Nicaraguan binder and filler.

Aganorsa rates it medium in strength. It opens on cedar and roasted coffee over earth, then pepper builds through the middle while a natural sweetness holds to the end. The box press gives it flat sides and a slow, even burn.

Supreme Leaf was created with Privada Cigar Club and comes out twice a year, each time in a different size. The Rothschild was the spring 2024 release.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or stout.
