This Drew Estate release is handmade in Nicaragua and uses Dominican HVA and C-98 fillers, a Connecticut Corojo H99 hybrid binder, and an Ecuador Sumatra wrapper; the line is box-pressed, medium-full, and packed in 20-count boxes.

In the Corona Viva, that blend is set in a 5 3/4 x 46 vitola, giving it a narrower frame than the Robusto, Toro, and Gordo while keeping the same core recipe. Published trade details describe the profile around white pepper, roasted espresso, and earth, so the flavor usually starts with pepper and toast, then moves toward cedar, wood, coffee, and a firmer, drier finish.

This is the most compact ring gauge in the El Tigre Dominicano lineup, which makes it the leanest expression of the blend rather than a different blend altogether. It fits the line as the more focused size, with a shorter, more direct format than the broader Toro and Gordo options.
