Perdomo Double Aged 12 Year Maduro Churchill 7″ x 56

A long, steady Maduro is a strong match for an after-dinner unwind when something richer sounds good. Perdomo Double Aged 12 Year Maduro Churchill is a Nicaraguan cigar from the Double Aged 12-Year Vintage line in a classic Churchill format. It uses a bourbon barrel-aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan Maduro wrapper over Cuban-seed Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos.

This line is built around a two-step aging approach: the tobaccos are bale-aged for ten years, then bourbon barrel-aged for two more years in charred white oak barrels. The profile tends to start rich and dark, then settles into cocoa, cedar, and toast as it warms up. The finish often leans toward darker chocolate and coffee with a steady, mild spice.

This is a good fit for Maduro fans who want medium-to-full body without a sharp edge, and it suits slower evenings or a relaxed weekend block of time. A straight cut is a common option for a Churchill, and a patient light with an easy cadence helps keep the sweetness and darker tones in focus. Keeping a few in rotation makes it easy to reach for that dark, barrel-aged style when the mood comes back around.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or porter.
