An Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper covers Dominican binder and filler, mild to medium. Expect cream, cedar, almond and a light coffee sweetness, easy from the first third on. At 5 3/4 by 52, the double robusto runs a little longer and wider for a slower, cooler smoke.

A fair introduction to what Tabacalera Fuente does with a shade wrapper, without committing to a box of the marquee lines. Good morning cigar and an easy hand-around.
