The confirmed cigar specifications are few but useful: a 6 3/4 x 50 format, 12 cigars per box, and production by Arturo Fuente in the Dominican Republic. The presentation includes gold foil sleeves, ornate bands, black foot covers, and a gold world map inside the lid.

The matching Elie Bleu set includes a J-12 flat flame lighter, in gold or silver, and a C-5 V cutter, in gold or silver. Only 155 numbered sets are planned, and the lighter and cutter are sold separately from the cigars. Buying a box does not include the accessories.
