Description

The L-300 is the 50 ring size in La Flor Dominicana’s Ligero Cabinet Oscuro line, a 5 3/4 by 50 toro beside the L-400 and L-500. Litto Gómez sets an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, darkened close to maduro, over Dominican binder and filler.

Expect earth and cedar early, a turn toward chocolate in the second third, and black pepper from the ligero underneath. It is full in strength and runs about 70 minutes.

It is sold as singles or boxes of 24, so a single is an easy first taste.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or stout.
