Description

Asylum 13 is Christian Eiroa’s big ring line, and the 680 packs its 80 ring into six inches. CLE calls the Asylum 13 cigars true Nicaraguan puros.

A dark Nicaraguan Habano wrapper covers aged Cuban seed long fillers grown in Nicaragua’s volcanic soils. CLE calls it medium to full bodied, with a slow, cool burn, and lists earth, cocoa, espresso bean and black tobacco, with sweet notes and gentle spices.

An 80 ring is an inch and a quarter across, so a punch or a wide double blade cutter handles it best. The 680 comes in boxes of 20.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or porter.
