Liga Privada Unico Serie Nasty Fritas 4″ * 52

The Liga Privada Unico Serie Nasty Fritas is the tapered cousin of Papas Fritas, a short conical pyramid measuring 4 x 52 at its widest point. Like Papas Fritas, its filler comes from the trimmings created when Drew Estate rolls Liga Privada No. 9 and T52, so the bunch carries the DNA of two of the fullest cigars the company makes. Around it goes a dark Connecticut Broadleaf oscuro wrapper and a plantation grown Brazilian Mata Fina binder, over Honduran and Nicaraguan filler. It smokes full, oily and concentrated, leading with espresso and dark cocoa before black pepper, leather, and earth settle in, and the tapered head keeps everything focused through a short burn. It arrived in 2018 and stays limited to Drew Diplomat retailers, which is most of why it is hard to find. Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or a stout.
