The narrowest format in the Quorum Classic range, the Corona delivers J.C. Newman’s everyday Nicaraguan blend in a traditional slim shape.

The line comes from the PENSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, with all bundles passing through J.C. Newman’s four-step quality control before shipping. The Classic blend pairs an Ecuadorian Sun Grown wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and aged Nicaraguan long-filler, sitting at the mild-to-medium end of the body scale. The Corona measures 5 1/2 by 43 and ships in 20-count bundles.

Expect cream, cedar, and a soft white pepper at the start, with toasted bread, light coffee, and a touch of natural tobacco sweetness through the middle before a finish carrying dry wood and a clean close. The narrow 43 ring gauge keeps the wrapper character forward and the smoke concentrated, which reads the cedar and pepper notes more sharply than the wider vitolas in the line. The format runs around an hour, fitting a coffee-side or afternoon break.
