Description

Rocky Patel made the Thirtieth Anniversary to mark three decades of Rocky Patel Premium Cigars. It’s a box pressed blend made in Nicaragua, and the Sixty is its 6 by 60.

A San Andrés wrapper covers a double binder from Nicaragua and a blend of Honduran and Nicaraguan fillers. The binders are aged more than seven years and the fillers more than five, and Rocky Patel rates the blend medium to full.

Rocky Patel lists caramel, almonds and cocoa powder from the first draw, with cedar underneath. A 60 ring is close to an inch across, and the press flattens it into something that sits easier in the hand. The Sixty comes in boxes of 20.

Pairs well with aged rum, bourbon, or espresso.
