Description

Every leaf in this cigar comes off a single farm, AJ Fernandez’s Finca Providencia in Nicaragua, and from just two harvests, 2021 and 2022. Wrapper, binder and filler, all of it, which is the point of the release.

Altadis and AJ Fernandez did something similar in 2019 with the H. Upmann Nicaragua Finca La Lilia. This one is a 6 x 55 toro gordo, rated medium to full, and production stopped at 8,250 boxes of twenty.

A single farm puro is a narrower thing than a blend drawn from several regions. You get whatever that ground and those two years gave, with nothing brought in from elsewhere to round it off. Expect cedar and espresso up front, dark fruit and cocoa behind it.
