Viva La Vida Toro 6″ x 54

Handmade in Nicaragua, the Viva La Vida Toro is a maduro-wrapped toro from Viva La Vida.

It blends a Nicaraguan Habano Maduro wrapper over a Nicaraguan Corojo binder and Nicaraguan Criollo 98 filler at a medium to full body, leading with cocoa, espresso, black pepper, and a sweet, almost-syrupy dark earth. At 6 by 54, it burns cool and even.

A Habano wrapper is usually the peppery one in a line. Where a Connecticut reads as cream and a maduro as cocoa, Habano brings the black pepper and cedar people mean when they call a cigar spicy.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or porter.
