Description

Knuckle Sandwich is the cigar line celebrity chef Guy Fieri built with Erik Espinosa, and the Maduro is its darker blend. It is made at AJ Fernandez’s San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua.

A dark Sumatra seed maduro wrapper from Ecuador covers Nicaraguan binder and filler, medium to full in body. Mocha leads, with red licorice, earth, minerals and red pepper behind it, and earth and pepper take over late. The Robusto J is 5 by 52 and box-pressed, with a firm, square feel in the hand.

The Maduro comes in three sizes, all box-pressed and packed in boxes of 20: Corona Gorda R, Robusto J and Toro H.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or porter.
