Oliva Serie V Maduro Especial Toro 6″ x 50

Oliva Serie V Maduro Especial Toro keeps the same darker blend in a more traditional straight-sided format. Oliva’s official description lists a dark Sumatra wrapper over a special Ecuadorian binder and aged Nicaraguan fillers, while third-party product coverage often lists the wrapper as Mexican San Andrés maduro for the annual Maduro Especial releases. The line itself is positioned as medium to full-bodied and centered on dark tobacco spice, earth, creamy cocoa, and sweetness.

At 6 x 50, the Toro gives the blend enough length to open up without the extra weight of the Double Toro. The flavor often begins with coffee, cocoa, earth, and pepper, then leans toward wood, leather, and a steady dark sweetness through the middle. This size keeps the cigar balanced between concentration and pacing, so the richer maduro profile comes through clearly without feeling oversized.

The Toro reads as the most straightforward format of the three, with a cleaner progression and less bulk than the 60 ring gauge. It stays firmly in the darker, fuller side of Oliva’s regular production while keeping the shape familiar and easy to place in the lineup. Pairing: espresso, bourbon, or dark rum.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or stout.
