La Flor Dominicana Capitulo II 6 1/2″ x 58

The La Flor Dominicana Capitulo II is a Nicaraguan Colorado-wrapped chisel from Litto Gómez’s bold Dominican house, handmade in the Dominican Republic.

It blends a Nicaraguan Colorado wrapper over an Ecuadorian Habano binder and Dominican filler at a full body, leading with cocoa, cedar, roasted coffee, and black pepper over a sweet, earthy base. At 6 1/2 by 58, the thick ring keeps the smoke cool and rounded over a long burn.

The Dominican Republic grows most of its tobacco in the Cibao valley, and its reputation for smoothness comes from that soil more than from any blending habit.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or stout.
