New World by AJ Fernandez Decenio Toro 6 1/2″ x 54

The New World Decenio Toro is the toro in the box-pressed, San Andrés-wrapped blend AJ Fernandez built to mark a decade of his acclaimed New World line.

It sets a dark Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Honduran and Nicaraguan filler, at a medium to full body. Expect cocoa, espresso, black pepper, and a sweet, earthy depth. At 6 1/2 by 54, the box-pressed toro gives a long, even, rich smoke.

A fuller New World for evenings, made at AJ Fernandez’s San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua, with the same honest value the line is known for. A box-pressed Nicaraguan with real depth.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or porter.
