The Quorum Maduro is one of three wrapper expressions of the brand, built around an Ecuadorian Sumatra Sun Grown Maduro leaf over a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and Nicaraguan filler. The line is hand-rolled at J.C. Newman’s PENSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, where the wider Quorum brand has stood as one of the world’s top-selling imported bundle cigars. Body sits in the medium range. The Toro measures 6 by 50 and ships in bundles of 20.

Expect dark chocolate, cedar, and earth at the start, with leather, coffee, and a touch of stewed fruit running through the middle before a finish carrying soft pepper and natural sweetness. The 50 ring gauge keeps the Broadleaf binder character forward, with the Sumatra wrapper adding a milder sweetness across the burn. The format fits a standard hour-and-a-half session.
