Toscanello Vaniglia is a flavored ammezzato introduced in 2009 and made in Cava de’ Tirreni. The blend uses Kentucky tobacco in both wrapper and filler, with lighter and more delicate leaves in the mix, and it was designed to keep the aroma high while staying balanced rather than heavy.

The profile usually opens with vanilla, light caramel, and maple-like sweetness, then moves toward roasted wood and a mild spice note. The vanilla stays present, but it does not fully cover the cigar’s fire-cured side, so the smoke still shows the dry, smoky character typical of Toscano underneath the sweeter room note.

At 3 x 38, it stays quick and narrow, which helps the aroma show early and keeps the cigar from getting dense or heavy. It works best as a short flavored smoke with a softer profile than the coffee or chocolate versions, but still enough structure to feel like a real cigar.

Pairs well with espresso, coffee, or grappa.
