Leaf by Oscar Connecticut Toro 6″ x 52

Under the rustic outer leaf sleeve sits a Connecticut-style toro built for an easygoing, longer smoke. Leaf by Oscar Connecticut Toro is a 6 x 52 cigar handmade in Honduras, with the protective leaf wrap removed before smoking. It uses a Connecticut Shade wrapper over Honduran binder and filler tobaccos, landing in the mild to medium range.

Blended by Oscar Valladares, this toro tends to start soft and creamy with clean wood, then warms into toast and roasted nuts as it opens up. The profile often moves toward light coffee and drier cedar through the middle, finishing with a gentle pepper tick rather than heavy strength.

This size fits earlier in the day when a lighter cigar makes more sense, and it also works as a reset between richer blends while still feeling satisfying. It suits smokers who like a traditional Connecticut-forward profile in a standard toro format. Singles are a clean way to confirm the blend, then boxes make sense once it earns repeat status.

Pairs well with coffee, cream ale, or amber ale.
