An Ecuadorian sun grown wrapper covers aged Dominican binder and filler, medium to full. Expect cedar, cocoa, espresso and a sweet, spiced core. At 7 1/2 by 54, this is the full classic diadema, a long, formal cigar for an unhurried evening.

A diadema is a torpedo taken further, tapered at both ends, which is slow work at the rolling table and the reason you see so few of them. The shape narrows the smoke and rewards a patient light.

Pairs well with cognac, espresso, or bourbon.
