Ozgener Family Cigars is a second-generation story. Tim Ozgener grew up in the cigar business at CAO, the company his father Cano built and the family later sold, and after years away he returned to launch a new, smaller venture under the family name in 2020.
The cigars are made at the Tabacalera Pichardo factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, and distributed in partnership with Crowned Heads, which Tim co-owns a stake in. Refined lines like the Bosphorus and Pasha lean on Nicaraguan tobacco for an elegant, balanced profile, with packaging that nods to the family’s Turkish heritage. Polished and personal, Ozgener Family cigars are a fresh chapter from a name that helped shape modern American cigar culture.
