Espinosa Knuckle Sandwich Habano Robusto-J 5″ * 52

The Knuckle Sandwich Habano grew out of an 18-month collaboration between Erik Espinosa, Guy Fieri, and AJ Fernandez.

The blend uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan long-filler tobacco, hand-rolled at Fernandez’s San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua. The line launched in early 2022 alongside a Maduro counterpart, with each vitola carrying a letter that nods to a person significant in Fieri’s life. The Robusto-J measures 5 by 52, runs at medium body, and wears a black foot ribbon along with a band featuring a skull in a chef’s hat.

Flavors usually run toward cedar, roasted nuts, and black pepper, with leather and a touch of dark chocolate filling in through the middle and a soft sweetness arriving toward the finish. Ranked No. 23 in Cigar Aficionado’s Top 25 Cigars of 2022. The shorter format keeps the burn time tight, fitting a focused after-dinner smoke.
